Thank you for shopping with Hotbox. We are committed to packing and shipping your order safely, clearly, and as quickly as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, how shipping costs are calculated, and what to do if your order is delayed, missing, or sent to an incorrect address.
1. Shipping Locations
Hotbox currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada only.
We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside the United States and Canada. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States or Canada cannot be fulfilled at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2โ3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and Canadian statutory holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT on a Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods, sales events, product launches, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery usually takes:
Standard Delivery: 5โ12 business days after dispatch
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7โ15 business days from the date you place your order
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, regional or remote delivery routes, weather events, holidays, customs processing for Canadian orders, and peak shipping periods.
The delivery timeframe shown above is an estimate only. We aim to ship and deliver orders within the stated timeframe wherever possible.
4. Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We use trusted postal and courier partners to deliver orders across the United States and Canada.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where tracking is available. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.
No additional shipping fees are charged by Hotbox. Any applicable charges related to your order will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
For Canadian orders, taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import-related charges may apply depending on the destination, carrier, and applicable laws. These charges are separate from shipping fees and may be collected at checkout or by the carrier or relevant authority upon delivery.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to ship orders on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, high package volumes, weather events, holidays, customs processing, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at:

If the package is confirmed as lost or cannot be delivered, we will offer a suitable solution in line with applicable U.S. and Canadian consumer protection laws, which may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the situation.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order.
Hotbox is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered by the customer at checkout.

We will do our best to update your delivery details before shipping. However, if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts and Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave instructions for collection, redelivery, or further action.
If your package is returned to us because it was not collected, could not be delivered, or the delivery details were incorrect, we will contact you to arrange the next step.
Additional shipping costs may apply if the package needs to be resent.
